Vanessa Turner is an experienced business transactional lawyer and has acted as outside legal counsel to both private and public companies on a variety of securities and general corporate law matters.

Ms. Turner is admitted to practice law in California and Florida.

Ms. Turner received her J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law, where she was a member of the Florida Law Review. Ms. Turner received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1994.
