• Representing clients in administrative agency investigations and hearings.

• Advising employers on all aspects of day-to-day employment matters, including employment policies, employee handbooks, anti-harassment training and policies, termination procedures, and reductions in force.

Before joining Hodel Briggs Winter LLP, Ms. Bauer was a litigation associate with the Newport Beach office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.

Ms. Bauer is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the Orange County Bar Association.

Education

Ms. Bauer graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Loyola Law School where she served as Senior Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. Prior to law school, she received her bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California at Irvine.
