Kymberleigh Damron-Hsiao represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters.

• Wage and hour violations, employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability discrimination under the California Family Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act
• Litigating single plaintiff and large-scale class actions in both state and federal courts.
• Representing clients in administrative agency investigations, private arbitrations and mediations.
• Counseling employers on day-to-day employment matters, such as personnel policies, employment handbooks, terminations of employment and reductions in force.

Before joining Hodel Briggs Winter LLP, Kymberleigh was an associate of the labor and employment department of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.

In the Community

Kymberleigh currently is serving as Secretary of the board of directors of Concept 7, an agency based in Orange County that facilitates and provides foster family placement and adoption services. She is also a member of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.

Education

Kymberleigh graduated with honors from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law. Prior to law school, Kymberleigh earned a master’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles.
