Andrea D. Bishop

Andrea Bishop is an experienced business transactional lawyer. She has acted as outside legal counsel to both private and public companies on a variety of securities and general corporate law matters.

Previously, she was Corporate Counsel with Arbonne International and RSM EquiCo, Inc. (now known as D.A. Davidson & Co.), and prior to that was a business law associate with Paul Hastings LLP.

In The Community

Ms. Bishop directs fund development efforts for StandUP for Kids, an organization providing outreach and other services to homeless teens in Orange County. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.

Education

Ms. Bishop graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1998. She was awarded her bachelor’s degree with distinction in Political Science from Stanford University.
